Description within Menus

Is there a way to have a description for items in the Menus ?
IE I have my favorite TV Episodes as a VCD or SVCD and when I highlight or click on that Episode it would give me a discription on that EP or anything I wanted ? Is this possible if so what do I need to do in order to do this ?

There may be an easier way but here is what I have come up with that may work for you.

(Optional) Make your initial menu screen that looks something like:
1. Play
2. Scene/Episode Selection
Make a sub-menu for a list of Scene/Episode that looks something like:
1. Episode 1
2. Episode 2...
Make another sub-menu off the Scene/Episode sub-menu for each scene/episode that looks something like:
Description of Scene/Episode
1. Return to Scene/Episode Menu
2. Play Episode

Sounds like a lot of work but thats the only idea that comes to mind ATM. If anyone can think of a better way to do this, please post because I would not mind doing this on some shows myself.

Ok Sub Menu's that would work but right now I use Nero to make my VCD's and I don't think that there is an option for Sub Menus correct me if i'm wrong. Cause I think that that might work. Allthough I'm thinking that I might have to use different software ?
