    i've got a comedy act of some famous dutch guy, cause im dutch..
    but its recorded from TV, and the quality is pretty sucks.
    check this 1mb sample

    is there ANY way to get better quality then this ?

    i've tried a lot of progs, but nothing seems to matter.

    PAL VCD-compliant. Did you simply capture that straight to 1150kbit/sec 352x288, or did you capture to a higher resolution and bitrate, then convert to VCD?

    If you could detail your capture and encoding procedure, including the software, settings, resolutions, bitrates, and that sort of thing, it would be helpful.
