trouble with dvdx and panasonic plugin guide.....

im using one of the dvd rip guides using dvdx and panasonic plugin, not sure what im doing wrong but first whenever im done with input settings and click ok it says "warning the input and output frame rate are not equal, pull down and (up) will be performed".
second: i cannot select ac3 output at the bottom right of the input settings page.
and lastly i dont know how to choose where the files go.
if anyone can help me i would be very greatful thank you

another thing that i forgot to mention is when im done with the input settings page i get a dvdx error saying:
auth.dll cant authenticate drive
Disk may be not locked
when i click ok then it says: "warning the input and output frame rate are not equal, pull down and (up) will be performed".
