problems with avi + subs in virtualdub and conv in TMPGEnc

hi,

first i load an avi in virtual dub and load with the subtitler filer the ssa file. the preview option from the subtitler shows me the subtitles correct.
but if i want to look at them with the previewer in virtual dub, it doesnt show me any subtitles. i can do it with the textsub filer too, no difference.


my second problem is the frame server option.
i create a .vdr file within the server and want to load it with tempgenc to convert it to a mpeg file.
but the programm doesnt accept the vdr file.
file .vdr can not open or unsupported.

do i need a special plugin to load the vdrs, who can help???

ok, my first problem is solved. i was so stupid and havent seen the second window in virtaul dub. i have searched for the previewed subs in the first
