I just encoded some MiniDV with TMPGEnc and the output is extremely "shaky". The image becomes very blurred when the camera view shifts.
I used a template that was originally linked from these forums. I've looked, but can no longer find the link. The template described how to encode a high quality DVD-compliant MPEG2, which is exactly what I'm trying to do. I suspect the symptom has something to do with my GOP structure which is:
IBBPBBPBBPBB
The scenes change frequently and I'm not sure if this is the best structure for the footage.
My Dolby Digital 5.1 encoding went without a hitch, though.![]()
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
