  4. The link (http://www.mnsi.net/~jschlic1/) I posted still works. You can download version 1.1 here dated 4th february 2001. The program is actually called wav2mp instead of wav2mp2. Maybe this caused a little confusion.

    You can load the wav file into TMPGEnc and then convert it to mp2 as well. If you need assistance, send me an e-mail. Hope this helps.

    I find Toolame works faster than wav2mp2. Also, Toolame can be set up as the audio encoder in TMPG.

    Many people say it is better to use Toolame for MP2 encoding in TMPGEnc. Why is this? Does it produce better quality MP2's than TMPGEnc's built in encoder? Because I want the best sound quality you can get.

    (I am using TMPGEnc 12h, audio is MPEG layer 2, 224kbps Joint Stereo)
