The link (http://www.mnsi.net/~jschlic1/) I posted still works. You can download version 1.1 here dated 4th february 2001. The program is actually called wav2mp instead of wav2mp2. Maybe this caused a little confusion.

Mo,
You can load the wav file into TMPGEnc and then convert it to mp2 as well. If you need assistance, send me an e-mail. Hope this helps.

I find Toolame works faster than wav2mp2. Also, Toolame can be set up as the audio encoder in TMPG.

Braindrain:
Many people say it is better to use Toolame for MP2 encoding in TMPGEnc. Why is this? Does it produce better quality MP2's than TMPGEnc's built in encoder? Because I want the best sound quality you can get.
(I am using TMPGEnc 12h, audio is MPEG layer 2, 224kbps Joint Stereo)
