  1. I had a freind let me have a movie that is in VBR format.. I'm not sure what that is, but I was wondering if there is a why to convert it to divx or VCD... My DVD player will not play the movie as a SVCD nor as a VBR (That I know of), so that is why I would like to convert it.. I have used TMPGEnc to try to convert it but it comes up and tells me that I will have errors and sure enough, I can't play it... Infact it will cut my dvd player off.. That is the first time I have had it do that.. Does anyone have any Ideas about what I can try?? Thanks... Mel...

  2. One more thing I just thought of. I have converted it to divx through Flaskmeg, but if I scan forward on the pc it will loss it's sound.. If I try to convert it from the divx format back to vcd it will do the samething as before..
