i just got done making a XVCD and my audio is out of sync and my video sometimes becomes garbled. I kno my DVD player supports XVCDs, so idk what the problem is, any help will do?

It could be the mpeg-1 stream being VBR, or GOP size being higher than 18, or other reasons. Audio sync issues could result from using different video framerate and audio sampling rate as the source.
