    I had the old version of Tpgenc 12a and I could encode divx files. Now the new version, I triedone of Sefy's templates and all I got was a black screen with the sound? So what setting do I need to do to make sure I get the video too? I do have the necessary codecs installed, cause I can watch the movie through windows media player. thanks

    I figured out what it was... I had to install the SMR patch, then it worked fine.
