  1. i have an mpeg2 encoded w/ DVD2SVCD that has that goofy smiley face thing that plays before the actual mpeg stream.. and that pause to display the picture seems to often cause the video to be out of sync.

    i dont see the point in re-encoding it if there is just a wway to strip it of the image file. IF there is a way.
    i cant even load it in TMPGENC.. and i havent tried a traditional video editing program.. so any help would be nice.

  2. It's quite simple, before you encode the file in 2SVCD go to the 'CD Image' tab and unchek 'Title picture' and 'ChangeCD pic'. If you don't want to re-encode the file you just need to delete the 'ITEMxxx.MPG' files from the 'EXTRA' folder and edit the XML file that DVD2SVCD created and re-create the CD image.

  3. yea i know how to rid myeslf BEFORE an encode. but im sayin AFTER its been done.. cuz this isnt MY encode.
