Capturing works well. Editing with MainActor works well...believe it or not (once one learns how to avoid the bugs). But output back throught the bridge to a VCR...output...that's the problem.
At seemingly random times, the signal glitches. Sound and video become distorted (audio sounds digitized, articafts all over the video).
Playing the same video file in MediaPlayer or VideoWave4 yields no errors. When playing the video file out through the bridge multiple times, the signal glitches occur at different times, with differing frequency. In other words, there doesn't seem to be any problem with the video file itself. The problem is in the bridge.
I've checked, and no one here has listed having the same problem (at least that I've seen). I'm hoping someone has though, and has solved it.
Thanks in advance.

If you have alot of progs running, that can affect it, if you have to little memory, that can affect it
in certain programs, if you have not checked "render sound offline", the program will try to render and export the sound and video at once.
Their's also a patch for Adobe Premire related to audio jumping out of sync and video playing to fast.
Try Pinnacle, works for me.
