Hi,
I am very new to video editing and need some advice.
I've just got ULead MediaStudo Pro 6.5 Directors Cut to do my editiing and
DVD Workshop to do my authoring.
My initial movie is around 32 minutes.
It seems to me that the best way to edit it is just to capture enough video
for a chapter at the change of a particular scene and edit this to produce a
new file ready for authoring. If I keep doing small sections then I will
have a file for each chapter.
I can then use DVD Workshop to import all these chapter files and then set
up my menu structure and burn my DVD.
Does this seem to be a logical approach? Trying to edit the whole original
AVI in MS Pro 6.5 seems to be cumbersome so if I break it down into
chapters then it seems to be a lot easier.
regards,
Chris
