  1. When I'm frameserving, dvd2avi keeps producing a .mpa file instead of a .wav file.
    Any help appreciated!!

    Very occasionally a DVD has mpeg sound rather than Dolby Digital. You should be able to convert the .mpa to .wav with something like Winamp, but even that should not be necessary. You can probably multiplex the .mpa with the (S)VCD video portion, or if you are using TMPG, input the .mpa as the audio source.

    I think its a 'pirated ' DVD I'm trying to copy from. so maybe thats why its mpeg sound.
    I'm sure TMPG would'nt accept this file - but I'll have another go.
