Will new Nero program..NeroVision, be an upgrade or new pay?

Has anybody been following the anouncements for the new Nero video capturing, editing, authoring and burning progran Nero is about to make available called NeroVision Express?

In looking at their website I see possible indications that NeroVision Express might be a free upgrade for paid Nero 5.5.90 users. But then again, I'm not too convinced.

It sounds like such a big leap from the plain burning utitily(version 5.5.90) that it doesn't sound right that they would just give it away to current customers to add to their burning software.

What do you guys think?

I don't know, but thanks for the news-- if NeroVision can add music to menus and/or add full motion menus, that will rock. Anyone know?
