Hi,
I've done this once. So, if I can remember, here goes:
The files must be in mpeg format so if they aren't you'll have to encode them first before joining them.
Okay, the joining bit:
1) Open TMPGEnc.
2) Click on file.
3) Move arrow down to highlight 'MPEG TOOLS' and left click on it.
4) Window opens up that says 'MPEG TOOLS'.
5) Click on the 'Merge and Cut' tab.
6) Select type of MPEG you are making (MPEG-1 for VCD)
7) Click on 'ADD'.
8) Open up your first MPEG. Should then appear in window displaying start and finish times.
9) Click on 'ADD.' again
10) Open up your second MPEG. Should also appear in window.
11) Click on browse and select your output path/filename.
12) Then click run and sit back.
Hope I've got all that right.
