    Hello, i download vcd movies for places and the quality on them are not always good
    what would be a good program to take teh .MPG file and sharpen the image and clean up the blur and darkness?

    I've been experimenting with VirtualDub and its various filters....so far ive covered logos, gotten rid of too much black border, and resized frame..it has brightness, sharpness,...and more filters...try VirtDub...find link in tools section on left..
