  1. This is sort of a conversion question as well, but really I'm trying to burn a couple high quality Real media files to make vcd's, and I've only seen that EO player thing, which takes FOREVER (i did a 14 minute clip, and after about an hour, it glitched on the last frame or something.) So anyways, Is there any burning program where it can read and convert real files itself before burning?

    yes,

    Learn C++

    Get a copy of Real Player and a De-assembler/de-bugger.

    Break apart the the installer and isolate the Real System Codecs.

    Reverse engineer them into their source code.

    Remove the code that prevents them from working with anything but Real Systems applications. Then remove the -no reverse transcoding- line.

    Get the VFAPI plugin builder kit and build a Real Media VFAPI plugin.

    Just an idea of how hard it would be to even get it into MPEG.

    Plus, it's one of the most destructive codecs so u wouldn';t get a good mpeg.
