I don't know if I have this in the right group, but I'm wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem. I'm using an ATI Rage 128 Pro w/TV in to capture my video (and a sound card to capture the audio). Everything seems to capture just great. Nice picture, sound is on, everything. Now, I'm trying to edit the clip. I want to take a large section of what I copied and cut it into another file. I'm using TMPGenc 2_57 (and I've tried 12i, 2_52) to get the section I need. Well, after I cut the clip, my audio starts normal, but ends up getting out of sync. The longer it plays, the more you realize it.
Does anyone have a good idea of what program will cut MPEGs without having any audio problems? Does anyone have any tips on how to capture it differently (maybe I'm doing that wrong). Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks.
