Hi!!

I have got many aud files and i wanto to convert them into mp3......can anybody help me, please??

Or an aud files Player....., which plays the aud files, so i can record them and convert after recording into mp3....

AUD Converstion Utilities v1.2 can convert AUD files to WAV format. You can download it here: http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/8682/mixpage.html

The NICE Media Player is also described as being able to convert AUD files to WAV files: http://www.nice.com/cem/products/log_mp.html

I haven't tried either of these programs, though.

Once you convert the files into WAV format, you can easily convert the WAV into MP3 format with any of the MP3 encoding programs out there.
