    I'm looking for an all in one program that handles encoding to vcd (that supports the most popular file formats and handles actually making the vcd (chapters, menus) and even has an option to burn. Is there such a thing??? I don't care how much it costs.....anything to ease frustration...lol

    I'm actually just looking for a program that handles converting files so they can be played on a vcd....but not a cheap shitty program.
