I have hi8/digital8 tapes that I am trying to transfer to non-degrading media such as CD or DVD. I will obviously need an 8mm camcorder, but then what can I do to get the video to CD or DVD and then how can I record my newly created digital masters onto VHS. Any help (low cost) would be appreciated.
