I've got a DVD recorder that I've used to convert NTSC 8mm tapes to NTSC DVD. What do I need to be able to capture/convert tapes that were recorded in PAL / SECAM format? I'm aware of "worldwide VCRs" ... is there something similar for 8mm? I'd prefer to not require a PAL TV.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You wish to convert PAL 8mm tapes to NTSC 8mm tapes?
How many do you have?
Maybe just take them to a lab and have them run them off if you only have a few -
