    I was wondering how i can lower the bitrate on an svcd i have to an avg 1850kb/sec. Whenever I play anything with a higher bitrate in my standalone dvd player the picture is choppy. I just need to know which program to use, and what to do. Thanks in advance.

    Just load the unlock template in the extra folder and then change your bitrate setting

    Olli forgot to mention the program is TMPGEnc, you need to reencode with a lower bitrate, like ollie says load the unlock template reduce the bitrate and reencode.

    I keep forgetting that not everyone uses TMPGEnc
