    i am using TMPGnc but it only makes a 2:23 seconds clip or somthing please help me.

    hey i use a proggy called vcdcutter not sure if you've got a vcd but its very easy to use. Works for me everytime, there a description on this site with detailed explanation.

    I'm guessing you have the .mpg which has bad frames, you can re-encode with TMPGEnc and hope it will get passed them
    Source .mpg > destination > .mpg

    The save will now be able to be cut
