Ive just ordered Requiem for a Dream on SVCD from the UAE, because its the only copy i can get. I like vcd more then DivX because when it is played on my computer it is not jerky and just runs smoothely. When i play the SVCD on my computer, will it be jerky like DivX is? I know it is MPEG-2 format, but is that going to run as smoothly as MPEG-1? I just thought that because it is better quality, it would run worse.
BTW, my computer is totally sh!t, its like a pentium 3 and its not that fast, my dads computer is way better but.
Also, will SVCD play on the NAPA MP3/VCD player?

SVCD should run smooth on a p3 and remember to get a decent svcd/dvd player like WinDVD or PowerDVD.
The NAPA MP3/VCD player can NOT play SVCD.
