  1. People, I recently downloaded an avi file. The quality of the audio and video is okay.

    However, the sound is out of sync. Its about 4 seconds behind the video.

    Is ther any way I can fix this? Using Virtual Dub or a similar program? If so are there any tutorials on how to do this task?

    Sure, just click that "how to - edit" link on the left and scroll down to the Audio Sync section, the info you need is there.
