Anyone Order DVD Blanks Fron Shop4tech.com?

I live 20 miles from them and have been waiting more than a week for my order. I've called but only got their voice mail.

Are they any good?

I ordered a 100 DVD-R spindle for them. Got it within a couple days and am very happy with the deal.

Still no discs.

I called today and was told they were on back order.
I asked why they don't send an email when this happens, and was told "We have too many customers".

Many other companies who don't have "too many customers" send out emails when an item is back ordered.

Oh well.

Geeze.

I received shipping confirmation for an order placed with Meritline, but UPS has no record of it being picked up for delivery.

I call Meritline, and they tell me they were out of stock, but it will ship today. So why send me a shipping confirmation email when they didn't even have the stock?

At least these companies are consistant.

I ordered (over the web) from shop4tech and got the 25 pack of Primedisc and I got them in a few days. I was very happy with them.

All vendors have shipping problems from time to time, stuff happens. I've ordered and received over 400 PrimeDisc from Shop4Tech and not had a delivery problem. They had a recent issue (a few weeks ago) of accidently shipping out cheap Vivastar DVD-R's instead of PrimeDisc, but fixed that issue. Maybe that was causing the delay? I know they took back my 100 and some others, so they might have been busy.

Generally, I haven't had problems receiving shipments from them in a timely fashion. Good luck!
