I have starwars episode 4,5,and 6 in divx format.Im coverted one 2 vcd format so i can watch em on my dvd player but when i encode them to vcd they come out in letter box mode.

How do i convert them to vcd and take them out of letter box mode without any picute loss or without stretching the picture???

Use tmpgenc

if you follow that it should be ws.
Any reencoding will make the quality worse....but you could try svcd.
