I just bought my first DVD player, a Grundig Xenario GDP5100, and have made it region free with help from this site. Thanks!
I have not been able to use the slo-mo feature of this player, however. It simply doesn't work. When I press the << or >> button in pause mode, according to the instructions this should begin slo-mo. But all I get is the "circle-slash" symbol on-screen and nothing happens. Frame-by-frame works forward and backward.
The firmware is version 1.06.
Any ideas?
