  1. Alright I have basically tried everything to get a svcd to work on a dvdr and I even tried downloading the DVD sample from here to see if I could even get it to work and tried burning it to dvd-r and it doesnt even workl. Everytime I try playing it in my player I get "No Play" error. I was told maybe it was a media problem and I tried changing media and even tried a dvd-rw and no luck with both the dvd sample and the svcd-dvd. The only thing I can get to work is the Blade II dvdr I got off the internet. I am totally stumped why nothing else I have tried has not worked. I thought maybe its a authoring problem but I have tried every authoring software I can find but that does not work either. Is there some kind of difference in the file structure for dvd's cause I know I can only play svcds if I burn it with nero because the file structure is different from other software and wont work unless I use nero. Does anyone have any suggestions?
