Read permission denied when burning VCD w/ VCDeasy

I'm having problems burning a VCD in VCDeasy. The burn goes OK until it gets about 200 MB into the movie, and then it pops this error:

ERROR: Read error while reading data from file "C:\Program Files\VCDEasy\godfatherI_p1.bin": Permission denied
ERROR: Reading of track data failed.
ERROR: Reader process terminated abnormally.
ERROR: Writing failed.

I looked everywhere and no one had an answer, please help!

you need to reencode this movie or rerip another copy but first try this go to this web site and download pvastrumento and mux this file and then REENCODE and try again.i had this same prob and this program was the only thing that could let me burn it in vcd easy or you could try nero and see if it still does this
