I have an svcd i dl'd, quality is incredible, it mentions using 4 pass VBR with these stats:
Format: SVCD, NTSC 29.97FPS (w/pulldown) Audio Bitrate: 224 º Video Bitrate Avg: 1587 º
º Max: 2530 º
º Min: 300 º
º # of Passes: 4
I dont see an option for 4passes in Tmpge is this a CCE option only?

At the moment TMPGEnc support up to 2 pass only. Probably it was encoded with ccesp.
