    What is the best way to convert a PALS SVCD to NTSC VCD?

    Should I convert to NTSC FILM, or just NTSC?

    Please help!

    You're better off going to NTSCFilm since you'd only give up one frame a sec VS adding ~5fps.

    ntsc film works just fine for me using tmpgenc 2.5x, you can even get them nice and small so they fit on one cdr too.
