well i'm askin if any of ya knows a program thata acept the vob file has it was took of the dvd,
I have some here and i'm tryin to burn them for a long time wit many diferent programs, but no one has acepted the files cause of the ac3 sound

Use TMPEG demultiplex on your vob to see how many streams you have present.
Demux, then use BBmpeg to mux just the ones you want. -
oh it's not multiple audio that i tryed to do,
i'm sure that nero would acept the file as weel but i don't have a dvd writer *i was tryin to make cdvd* so i'm not aloud to use dvd creation on nero burner that's y i'm still in traack for a program

I never said you were. But if you ripped the vob straight off disc, which is what you implied, then it probably will have multiple tracks.
I never said i was trying to do a DVD. I said I had just done one, so i used a vob i had handy. I used Nero in non-compliant svcd mode.
It accepted the single audio track vob. -

now i'm gettin in =P
but i believe that the files have only one audio stream cause they are video clipes =Parigato anemashite
