playstation 2 mod chip

Hi I just bought a new playstation 2 and i want to play copied games on it so i know i need a mod chip. Can you guys tell me if there are any places that will do it for me becuase i dont wanna screw my ps2 up. And also around how much will it cost? Is there diffrent mod chips or just one?

get messiah, or neo 4. messiah costs at least £80 while neo 4 is £40. messiah is better as u don't have to swap disc.
Search for it, but i think its under a different name, try modchip.com. i've got neo 4 and ps2 games only cost me £2.50.

a friend told me whatever you do, dont buy a usb modchip. theyll screw up you system.

www.lik-sang.com has a bunch of mod chips too. For more information on the whole console modding scene check out www.isonews.com and go to the consoles section. they have a bunch of stuff in their forums about which mod chips work with which serial numbered PS2s.
