I've got a problem creating dvd mpeg2 compliant video for use in sonicdvdit. I'm using TMPGEnc Plus-2.53.35.130 to encode the mpeg2 but when I try to build the dvd in dvdit I get a message that the there needs to be a sequence header before every gop. I've tried all kinds of gop settings but I still can't get it to work. What is the gop structure or the correct settings I need to use in TMPG to get it to work. Please help a guy out.

Have you tried just using the template that comes with TMPGEnc to see if it works? If it does, then just unlock it and modify your settings around it.

Hi!
Setting->GOP Structure->Output interval of sequence header: 1GOP

D.D.G is exactly right .. plus some authoring programs want closed gop's and some dont ..
