    IT THIS IS POSSIBLE? IS IT ADVISEABLE? OR IS BETTER STAY WITH VCD.?

  2. You can do it, but it won't look any better than the source.

    Your Caps Lock is on.

    The question is, WHY would you want to do that? You can convert anything to anything, but blow up a picture and it looks like crap. VCD-to-SVCD will require you to almost double the resolution, and you'll most likely end up with one ugly video in the end.

    Waste of time imo.

    Hi....

    it's better to stay with VCD...

    1. Never ReEncode it will always get worse....
    2. If you have to reencode Never make the PICTURE bigger only smaller becurs the picture quality can never be restore...
