    ok here's my problem. I have fully Mpeg-1 encoded the mpg file and i put it into nero. i selected NTSC and made a menu. and then i burned it. when i played it in my JVC dvd player, there were funny green lines on the menu, and when the movie was playing, it paused for a quick sec, and the contiuned. Anyone knows what's wrong.....

    Have you made VCD's before ?
    Did you use a template in TMPGEnc ?
    Are you using good quality disks ?
