audio & video images not match

I have a mpg file, when i play the file, its sound and image do not match. I mean the image comes out earlier than the sound. Is there any way i can edit ??

if you use dvdx to encode
before you do the encode set
audio/video synchronisation in input on

You could try loading it into TMPGEnc if the lip sync is the same all the way though, Settings > Advanced > Source range (Audio gap correct)+-
