DVDMoviefactory error kind of!!

I couldn't decide where to post this so I'm throwing it in here.

I use Uleads DVDmoviefactory for my Video creating, everything works fine in capture and edit but after the software finishes rendering I get and error message "EZStudio has caused and error" and the software shuts down. I have never burned and image with my Factory software, once the video is rendered if I open the program and bring in the already created file it will error again and close. It's annoying but I am able to take the image created and use Nero to complete the process but I am not able to create menu's or anything else as DVDfactory shuts down if I try.

I have contacted Ulead about this problem and all they do is send me to a tech page that list manuals has tutorials and general faqs that have nothing to do with the problem I am having.

Are there any expreienced DVDfactory users out there that have experienced this or have and idea of how to end this problem?

additional information, after the movie is render and shutsdown if I start up the create a menu's option and bring in the rendered file I get this error message:

Dvdwizard has caused an error in MPLVMG.DLL
Dvdwizard will close.

Problem solved!! Once I removed the Key* MPLVMG.DLL I then received the message of the same but that the problem was now in MPLVM6.DLL, that I could find located in the folder C:Program Files/Common Files/Ulead System/Mpeg. Once the DLL was removed everything in my DVDMoviefactory is now working - all error messages are gone.
