I have a vob from a dvd that I am trying to encode to 29.97fps mpeg2 encoding thru tmpgenc. I'm pretty sure the vob file is film 23.~~fps. Anyway is it possible to do 3:2 pulldown so that the images dont' jump around. Any other help is good too. I have file seperated into mpeg-II and ac3 because Premier couldn't load the ac3.
Man ^this^ is sounding confusing to me. Basically whats the best way to import a film vob into 29.97fps premier project from start to finish
