Philips 228k - without writing software?

I bought the new Philips 228k DVD+R(W) writer. It came without software, except Pinnacle Studio 7 SE. My vendor ordered a new one, which was without software either. The box carries logos of Nero 5 and MyDVD.
Anyone else bought this writer? What software did it come with? I'm still in the 8 days in which I can get a full refund, so if it really has no writing software, I'd rather change it for a HP 200i which has a decent bunch of it.

I bought it a few days ago.
In the package is a Philips CD with the install wizard, manual and
software.
(Nero and Sonic Mydvd)
