  1. I have convert from divx(avi) to MPEG2 with TMPGEnc a 91 min film and then split them. From these MPEG2 files burn 2 SVCD's.
    In 1'st SVCD sound delay begin at 5 minute of the movie, and at 1'st part end (55 min) delay was 4 s. At end 2'nd CD delay was 8 s.
    I have'nt test whole (not splitet) MPEG 2 file.
    Is this problem TMPGEnc, whent program at first count video part, then audio part and merge both into MPEG2?

  2. Use Virtual dub to cut the AVI before encoding. I used to have the same problem.
