I have the lord of the rings dvd screener in AVI file. But i don't know how to burn it as vcd or svcd. Please help

Simple.Download these two great programs:TMPGenc and Nero 5.5.

With It you can encode the avi. video into Mpeg1 useing TMPGenc and then create and burn the VCD useing nero.
