After rip and rempeg movie flickers(shifts) every second....

I want to make a copy of a DVD. I ripped the Episode 1 using smartripper..i choose the demux the video and audio. The 2 files (m2v and ac3) were around 5 gigs. I used rempeg to get the 2 files down to 4.3 gigs. I used Spruce up to create a title set. I have not burned yet because when I play the title set in PowerDVD i get a constant "flickering" on the scenes. It does it every second. Kinda looks like the screen shifts every second. Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?? Thanks!!

I had the same problem after i ripped Black Hawk Down to SVCD. I used FlaskMPEG, and when I put it in my DVD player, the screen was flickering. I tried it again a day later, and it worked PERFECTLY, then when I tried it again, it had gone flickery. Nothing to do with my cables or anything, because all my other SVCDs work fine.
