    Do you know any program that will play SVCD and at the same time it will add subtitle, just like in MicroDVD? You can add subtitles with MicroDVD to VCD,Divx etc. But it doesn't support SVCD, MPEG-2 files.

    Subtitles created with VobSub can shown in Media Player and PowerDVD (possible some other players too).Get a copy of DirectVobSub http://www.divxmovies.com/software/DVobSub_2.14.exe

    Actually i don't want to add permanent subtitles. The only thing that i wanted is a program that will show the subtitle while playing SVCD.
    Not permanently add the subtitle...

    I answered your question. What I suggested does not permanently add subtitles - it allows them to be displayed whilst playing.
