    what does it do when we convert avi to mpeg
    with 60 frames per sec and high qualiity sound

    AVI -> MPEG (Compression)

    to 60fps with highi quality sound?


    Not sure what standard is using 60fps. What the FPS of your source AVI? If it's less than 60 fps, the encoder will need to insert extra frames to your final video format.

    Why do you want to use 60fps? Why don't you just try it and see what happens.
