  1. I use a bitrate of 2520kbps on the video but theres another 224kbps for the audio, does that equal 2744kbps in total? I get very occasional freezes but it stays synced, im just curious if I should use a video bitrate of 2296kbps instead?

    Which of the above is the correct SVCD spec?
