Hey
I am making Svcds with the highest bitrate (i will use as many CDs as i need (Quality - Rulls).
But I dont really know.
sould i use 2520kbps (like in the TMPGEnc - svcd templette)or sould i use 2496kbps (like is say on the html Bitrate Calculator on this site).
That's if i want to make Standart compliance Svcds with 224kbps audio.
--- one more thing...
Since i am useing the highest BitRate For Standart Svcds , does the best, Rate-Control Mode, for best quality will be CBR and not VBR or CQ ?
If i use CQ, with let's say 75% quality and 2520kbps will it eliminate the Blokiness and give a video with a bit duller Still Image Quality?
---that's it
Thanks
