Hello all
I really need some help, with my capture here, i have bought a hollywood dv-bridge and a firewire card (sandberg), but when i try to capture from tv/video/satelit/camera(jvc gr-dvp3), i get a good picture, but it is all blocky (many small blocks all over the picture), i am sure it is not the hollywood, but either the firewire or the dv-cable, but i don't have any friends were i can try out the capture or borrow it from, and i don't wanna sent it to rep. before i know if there i somthing wrong with it (they still want there money if nothing is wrong), now i wanted to hear if someone have tryed somthing like this, or know if i am doing somthing wrong![]()
Kentzar
P.S i have tryed many capture programs premiere, moviemaker, ScenalyserLive, MainActor dv-capture, PowerVCR.
P.P.S sorry for my bad english, as i am from Denmark![]()

Hmm, are all your connections firm?
Maybe you should capture with Pinnicale or Adobe and capture to DV, not capture to MPEG in real time.
How fast is your CPU? -
Hello Kentzer. Have you Optomized your computer for capturing?

This link can help. What is your operating system? Tell us about your setup. I use DV bridge also with MainActor, no problems.
